Return and Exchange Policy

Welcome to ELEVO (“the Store” or “the Online Service”), a store owned by Future Lock Trading Company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

By using the Store, you agree to be bound by the following policies, terms, and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the website or making any purchases. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the Store.

Exchange and Return Policy

Exchanges or returns are accepted within 14 days of the invoice date, subject to the following conditions:

  • The goods must be in their original condition as delivered and undamaged inside the carton.
  • The goods must not be displayed, scratched, or otherwise damaged.
  • The original invoice must be provided and the goods must be received by the company’s warehouse management.
  • The exchange or return must be processed at the same branch where the purchase was made.

Exchange and Return in Case of Manufacturing Defects

Exchange or return may be made in case of manufacturing defects within a maximum period of 14 days from the invoice date.

If the same returned item is not available in stock, the customer will have one of the following options:

  • Either receive a similar item of the same value as a replacement
  • Or choose a different item and pay the difference
  • Or wait for a new shipment of the same returned item if the original item is unavailable

Important Notes

  • If a customer requests a refund, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • The company is not responsible for the safety of the goods after they have been delivered to the shipping company chosen by the customer, nor for any damage caused by the shipping company, as the choice of shipping company is the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty Terms

  1. All our products are genuine and comply with international standards and specifications, particularly those of Saudi Arabia. The warranty period is 7 years.
  2. All electronic products come with a 2-year warranty on the circuit boards and manufacturing, starting from the invoice date.
  3. The warranty does not cover malfunctions or defects resulting from:
  • Negligence or improper installation
  • Natural disasters beyond our control
  • Storage that does not comply with the manufacturer’s recommendations
  • Failure to follow the manufacturer’s published usage instructions
  • Use of any chemicals by the customer or misuse
